You retain ownership of:

Deliverables created for you (e.g., blog posts, dashboards) become yours upon completion and full payment.

By using our services, you grant us permission to access only the accounts needed to perform work.

We do not store your login credentials.

We do not sell or share your data.

6. No Guarantees

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Voltyfy does not guarantee:

• Specific revenue

• Lead volume

• Search rankings

• Ad results

• Performance increases

We provide recommendations, insights, and systems based on best practices and engineering-driven analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voltyfy is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of revenue

• Downtime

• Third-party service failures

• Errors caused by platforms outside our control

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved.

For monthly services, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
